      Is the promise of Free Education in Kenya a reality of fallacy? Parents have been complaining of illegal charges levied by school administrators despite the ministry warning on the levies.

      Apparently, I learned that parents agree in a meeting to contribute this fees. The challenge comes when some parents don’t attend such meetings. Majority win.
